Celtic Sailor Band Ring
These are hand made so please allow 3-4 weeks. The classic Celtic love knot as been combined with the nautical twisted rope trim rails to create the new classic Celtic Sailor ring. The Celts and Irish were some of the best known sailors in the world. With years sometimes spent at sea at a time, they honed their knot making skills! The Celtic love knots are cast in X1 'forever white' gold without rhodium. Rhodium plating is the worldwide standard to make white gold look brilliantly white. It does wear off over time. This white will not. The knots on both rings are the same, about 5mm wide. The twisted rope trim is done in standard 14kt yellow gold. On the gents ring, each trim rail is 2mm wide. On the ladies the trim rail is about 1.2mm wide The entire ring is hand polished to a brilliant dazzling shine. This is three rings carefully fused into one. These are hand made, one at a time, to order. They are only available through Seawear.com The rings in the pictures are a size 10.5 weighing 11.5gms and size 6.5 weighing 7.5 gms As each is made entirely by hand and finished/polished by hand, your exact weight may vary.
